Mold Time App Protoype
I created a prototype for an app to assist with timing out the steps in the mold making process. The app holds an archive of different materials and information on their unique cure time, ratios, pot life which are nessecary to know while creating a mold. Once you’ve chosen the material you are currently working and answer a couple questions about you project, the app generates a timer all the steps in moldmaking that happen in sucession. The app was designed to be clear with large legible text and color to differentiate between different steps and tabs in the app since it was intended that users are multitasking while using the app. I created a mock up of the app and a simulation of using the app with moldmaking and scultpure students and professors.
